Brief

• Renovation and new concept development of a 120K shopping centre with most of the structural elements which has already been built. We have developed completely new lookof the malls and tenants arrangement, facades and interiors taking into consideration existing structural elements. The core design idea of both exterior and interior is the story of a city development from thehistorical Age of Enlightenment to present time with the vast old town plaza in the central part of the complex as a reference to the classic city planning means and contemporary and some futuristic design of the remote malls.
